We had a beginner class this afternoon. Learning from my previous experience, I decided to make it a 3-hour class so that I could deliver the lesson better, without having to rush things through. Turned out that it is a wise decision. We had ample time to cover the basics, as well as completing a mini project.
Initially this quilling class was not in my plan, at least not in April, as we just had a class in January. Nevertheless, thanks to K and YT for asking, and since we managed to gather at least 3 students, we decided to have class today (taking advantage of the public holiday). It is a wonderful session, in my opinion. One reason being that there's more time for me to interact with the students, and I get to monitor how their quilling went on. The other reason is that 2 of the students are actually best buddies, so the atmosphere became lively with two of them talking and teasing one another while quilling.

So, this is how you release your coil... |

See, this is how my coil looks like! |

I love quilling! |

Show you my quilling but not my face! haha! |
And I received a very sweet message from K in FB after the class that reads:
hi lulu, thank you so so much for your class just now! I had learned a lot and the tips you gave is so beneficial :) Looking forward to another session. see you.
Yes, I look forward to another session of quilling with you guys too! Let's spread the love for quilling! ^^
p/s: There'll be more photos of the quilling class coming up in our FB Page.
